Anodizing Stock ColorsChoosing an Alloy

Stock colors: no color sample, straight to production

Stock colors are a lead-time promise: choose one and production starts without waiting for a color sample. For any other color, we match your Pantone code with baked paint or e-coating.

Consistent color across batches

Color is consistent within a batch; for reorders we match against a retained sample, until no difference shows to the eye. You can ask for a signed color sample to keep on file.

Logo ProcessesChoosing an Alloy

Listed from most to least durable. We recommend a process and position based on how hard the product is used and where it rubs.

01

Laser engraving

Engraved into the surface: the finest detail, the most durable, never peels. On anodized aluminum it reveals the bare metal.

Hot stamping

02

A raised or debossed texture for a premium feel.

Silk-screen printing

03

Classic and durable; the go-to for one- or two-color logos.

UV printing

04

Full color in high detail, gradients included.

Transfer printing

05

For curved surfaces and more complex artwork.
